M2 Engineering LLC was founded by Marcelo Tavares and Cleiton Modesto, industry professionals with over 20 years of combined experience in engineering, construction, and project execution. Their backgrounds include structural systems, building practices, and hands-on jobsite coordination.
As an integrated engineering and construction firm, we approach projects differently. Structural considerations are addressed upfront, construction is planned with intent, and coordination happens early, not in the field. This results in clearer scopes, smoother approvals, and structures that perform as intended.
We work on residential and commercial projects, including new construction, remodels, and structural upgrades.
